Subscription Terms of Service

Welcome to Subculture! These Subscription Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our subscription services (“Subscription Services”). By subscribing, you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies that may apply.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our Subscription Services. Subscriptions are available only to individuals who are 18 years or older or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By subscribing, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of the company or organization you represent and take full responsibility for compliance with these Terms.
2. Subscription Services
Subculture offers various subscription plans that provide access to exclusive content, features, and benefits as described at the time of purchase. Subscription Services are billed on a recurring basis, subject to cancellation policies outlined below.
3. Billing and Payment
- Recurring Payments: By subscribing, you authorize Subculture® to automatically charge your selected payment method for recurring fees.
- Payment Methods: We accept various payment options listed at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment information is accurate and up to date.
- Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly/annually, depending on your chosen plan.
- Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we may suspend your access until the issue is resolved.
- Taxes and Fees: You are responsible for all applicable taxes and additional fees related to your subscription.
4. Automatic Renewal & Cancellation
- Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
- No Refunds: We do not offer refunds or credits for partial subscription periods.
- Termination by Subculture: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate subscriptions with notice.
5. Changes to Subscription Services and Pricing
Subculture reserves the right to update the pricing, features, and terms of our Subscription Services. We will provide notice of changes, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
6. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

7. Intellectual Property
All content provided through our Subscription Services remains the property of Subculture® and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes related to these Terms will be resolved through arbitration under the laws of the Republic of South Africa. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to file a lawsuit in court.
9. Limitation of Liability
Subculture shall not be liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our Subscription Services to the extent permitted by law.
